Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

Sea moss products are shipped with ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit. While we take care to package orders appropriately, slight temperature changes during delivery are normal and do not affect product quality. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

Elixxir cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details are not eligible for a refund.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.
