HOW TO USE SEA MOSS – RECIPE IDEAS


Morning Glow Smoothie - Great for daily nourishment

Blend:

1 tbsp sea moss gel

1 banana

Handful of mango or pineapple

1 tsp ginger

Alkaline water or coconut water

Optional: honey or agave

 

Berry Wellness Elixir - Antioxidant-rich & refreshing

Blend:

1 tbsp sea moss gel

Strawberries

Blueberries

Lime squeeze

Coconut water

Serve chilled.

 

Tropical Goddess Smoothie - Creamy + indulgent

Blend:

1 tbsp sea moss gel

Mango

Banana

Dates

Oat milk or coconut milk

Pinch cinnamon

Perfect as a breakfast or post-gym drink.

 

Sea Moss Latte (Warm) - A cosy ritual

Heat gently (do not boil):

Plant based milk

1 tbsp sea moss gel

Cinnamon

Vanilla

Touch of maple syrup

Whisk until smooth.

 

SAVOURY USES

Thickener for Soups & Stews

Add 1–2 tbsp to:

Lentil soup

Vegetable broth

Curry

It creates a silky texture without altering flavour.


Sea Moss Salad Dressing

Blend:

1 tbsp sea moss gel

Olive oil

Lemon

Garlic

Sea salt

Black pepper

Shake and drizzle.

Apply thin layer to clean skin

Leave 10–15 mins

Rinse with warm water


Hair Moisture Mask

Mix sea moss + aloe

Apply to scalp

Leave 20 mins before washing
